We continue to keep the health and welfare of our staff and families, along with that of our customers as our number one priority and focus during these trying times. In support of our staff, customers and neighbors we are doing what is in the best interests of everyone’s safety.
The Rhode Island Donation Exchange showroom will re-open by APPOINTMENT ONLY, starting Tuesday May 19th. We are limiting our store occupancy as required by the government. Showroom appointments are requited and limited to 3 or less customers per appointment. Please do not just show up. No one will be allowed into the building without a prescheduled appointment.

When you arrive at the building you will be asked to wait outside and call us to let us know you are here. No one will be allowed into the building without a prescheduled appointment.
The Rhode Donation Exchange is following and the State of Rhode Island’s recommended protocol for reopening retail business and to prevent the spread of COVID-19 including:
Nobody sick can enter the building. Temperature checks are required of all staff and customers.
Employees and customers are required to wear face coverings.
We are frequently sanitizing commonly touched areas, regularly hand washing, and enforcing a social distancing policy.

Have you returned from a cruise within the last 14 days?
Have you returned from traveling abroad within the last 14 days?
Have you had close contact with someone diagnosed with Covid-19 within the last 14 days?
Have you had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days?
If the answer is yes to any of these questions, we ask that you wait 14 days to call and schedule an appointment.
